Fall can only mean one thing: pumpkin beer. Pumpkin beer is one of the greatest fads in the last century, with the exception of maybe the snuggie and slang like "bae" the kids are using these days. There's few things better than a pumpkin beer on a crisp fall afternoon on a patio.
Admittedly, I was surprised when I saw Pumpkin UFO™ in the liquor store last weekend. That feeling was exacerbated by the fact that I went in looking for Summer Shandy and not a fall beer. But alas, it served as a way for me to accept my task: begin my yearly attempt to taste every pumpkin beer available. Despite my wedding in two months, this goal has not changed.
